Bolivia Caranavi Anaerobic Washed is a fermented and washed coffee from the Caranavi region of Bolivia. Through a carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation process before washing, the coffee develops additional complexity while maintaining a clean and balanced profile.

We roasted it between a light and medium roast to highlight its layered character. In the cup, we’re finding notes of chocolate, grapefruit, and grape, with a lively acidity and a complex finish that continues to evolve as the coffee cools.
