Returns & Satisfaction

We want you to be happy with your order. While we don’t accept returns of coffee, if there’s ever an issue with your beans or subscription, let us know — we’ll make it right. Just email us at shop@bicyclecoffeeco.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.

For non-coffee items (like gear and merchandise), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and not on sale.
