We offer free shipping on all orders — no matter how much coffee you buy. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order Timing & Processing
• Orders ship out Monday – Saturday
• Most orders ship within 1 day or same day
• You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale customers:
• We generally ship USPS
• To avoid delays and high postage costs, we break shipments into boxes under 20 lbs
• Orders over 20 lbs may arrive in multiple boxes
Local Deliveries (Bay Area)
Some wholesale deliveries in the Bay Area are made directly by our team by bicycle. We typically deliver once per week on Wednesdays, with an order cutoff of Monday at midnight.
