Grown in the high mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this coffee comes through the ASOPCE cooperative, where small family producers carefully harvest and process their coffee using traditional methods. The region’s high elevation and cool climate help create a balanced cup with rich sweetness, caramel notes, and chocolatey depth.
