Sourced: Ethiopia, Ojemta, Bench Shako, Washed Process

Ethiopia Ojemta is a washed coffee grown in the highlands of Bench Sheko, a lesser-known but promising region in southwestern Ethiopia. Sourced from the village of Ojemta, this lot comes from smallholder farmers who cultivate heirloom varieties using traditional methods. Clean and balanced, it delivers a familiar flavor profile reminiscent of our previous medium roast balanced, smooth, and perfect for everyday brewing.
