About This Coffee
This limited release comes from Finca Guayabina in the mountainous Ocotepeque region of western Honduras. Grown at approximately 4,100 feet above sea level, this organic Parainema coffee undergoes carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation before being dried naturally with the fruit intact.
This specialized process helps develop the coffee’s layered fruit character and natural sweetness. We roasted it light to highlight its vibrant qualities while maintaining a smooth, balanced cup with notes of plum, cherry, and milk chocolate.
Our Limited Release coffees change often and are produced in small quantities. Available only while they last.
