About This Coffee
This naturally processed coffee comes from small producers organized through APROCOMSA in Marcala, a mountainous coffee-growing region in La Paz, Honduras. Ripe coffee cherries are carefully sorted and dried with the fruit intact, helping develop the coffee’s berry-like sweetness and full, expressive character.

We roasted it light to highlight its bright fruit flavors while maintaining a smooth, balanced cup.

Our Limited Release coffees change often and are produced in small quantities. Available only while they last.
