Grown at high elevations ranging from approximately 5,250 to 7,200 feet above sea level, this coffee is naturally processed, allowing the fruit character to fully develop on the bean. Indigenous landrace and regional heirloom varieties thrive in the area’s rich vertisol soils, contributing to a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with layered sweetness and complexity. This coffee reflects the distinct terroir of Guji; expressive, aromatic, and deeply rooted in one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee-growing regions.
