Colombia Peach Co-Ferment is a honey processed coffee from Quindío, Colombia, produced using a carefully controlled fermentation process with added peach during fermentation. The result is an intensely aromatic and fruit-forward coffee with layered sweetness and a candy-like body.

We roasted it light to highlight its juicy character and floral aromatics. In the cup, we’re getting peach, jasmine, peach black tea, and grapefruit, with a smooth sweetness that lingers long after each sip.
