Our custom-built, small batch roaster allows us to roast our coffee exactly how we like it. Our beans change seasonally, but we always offer medium, dark, and decaf roasts. Currently, our medium roast is Peruvian, our dark roast is Mexican (Chiapas), and our decaf is a water-processed Peruvian bean.
