Bicycle Coffee is now being served at Ono Grindz, a new Hawaiian restaurant on Clement street in San Francisco. Everything on their menu looks good and most plates are around $10. My goal is to try everything.
First item I checked off, the Loco Moco: a big plate of food covered in house-made mushroom gravy. I burn too many calories delivering coffee, I should eat this kind of stuff more often.
For dessert I had apple banana bread pudding topped with a scoop of Bicycle Coffee ice-cream. The owners, Josefa and Bradley, make the ice-cream in-house using our medium roast from Guatemala. You can really taste the flavor profile of our bean in the ice-cream.
Next time I’m taking my wife here for brunch. I’ll either have chicken katsu & waffles, the kimchi fried rice omelette, or kalua huevos rancheros. Accompanied, of course, by a cup of Bicycle Coffee.
